Enjoy the Flavors of a sushi classic without the carbs! This refreshing and simple ‘crab’ salad served on a slice of cucumber is more than satisfying. It will even please your keto friends!
Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat (Fresh, can, frozen, imitation)
- 1 cup of Mayonnaise (Do not use Miracle Whip, Too Sweet)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- Spicy Chicks Gourmet Cracked Crab - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
- 1 stalk Celery
- ¼ cup Red Onion (Chopped)
- Cucumber (English has less bitter skin)
- Black Sesame Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cut your Cucumber into ¼” Thick Slices
In a Bowl: - Add 1 cup of Mayonnaise, 1 cup Sour Cream, & Spicy Chicks Gourmet Cracked Crab - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
- Finely Dice your Celery & Red Onion
- Chop your crab
-Imitation Crab can be pulsed in the food processor - Mix: Celery, Red Onion, Crab and Prepared Dip Mix
-Add as much Prepared Dip Mix as you like. This is depending on how creamy you like your Crab Salad. (I used all of it for this recipe) 😉 - Refrigerate at least 2 hours
- Top each slice of cucumber with crab salad
- Sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds (Optional)
