Barbeque Grilled Chicken never tasted this good! Grab a Roll of Paper towels, This one gives a whole new meaning to ‘Finger Food’!
Ingredients
- 1 package of Spicy Chicks Gourmet Kansas City BBQ Rub
- 1 or 2 Whole Chickens Split in Half (1 pkg of BBQ Rub will season 2 whole chickens)
- Salt
- Plastic Wrap
- Time (Needs to Marinate allowing the seasonings to penetrate the meat)
- Any BBQ Sauce You Like - Optional
Instructions
- Sprinkle the BBQ Rub on Both Sides of the Chicken
- Add Salt to Taste*
- Cover with Plastic Wrap
- Refrigerate Overnight (or Up to a couple of days
- Pre-Heat Your to Grill to a Low Temperature about 300°- 350°F
- Add your Chicken to the Grill
- Turn Often as the Skin will Easily Burn
- Cook until an Internal Temperature of 165°F
- Cover the Chicken with your Favorite BBQ Sauce – Optional
- Give the BBQ Sauce 2-3 min to Stick to the Chicken
*Spicy Chicks limits the amount of Salt we put in our Seasonings as we feel customers should have a choice to the amount of salt they prefer on their food.
