- 1 cup Sour Cream (Options: Vegan Soy Yogurt, Silken Tofu Purée, or Sour Tofu Cream)
- Spicy Chicks Gourmet Garlic Galore - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
- Asparagus
- Yellow Squash
- Green Onion
- Sweet Orange Bell Pepper
- Broccoli
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Clean & Prepare Your Veggies for the Grill
- Cut Yellow Squash in Large Wedges
- Toss ALL Veggies in Olive Oil, Salt, & Pepper
- Turn Grill On

- Refrigerate at least 2 hours
