Grilled Veggies are the Perfect Party Platter for Non-Meat Eaters & Meat Lovers. This simple, crowd pleasing dish will satisfy all food preferences.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise (Option: Vegan Mayonnaise)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (Options: Vegan Soy Yogurt, Silken Tofu Purée, or Sour Tofu Cream)
  • Spicy Chicks Gourmet Garlic Galore - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
  • Asparagus
  • Yellow Squash
  • Green Onion
  • Sweet Orange Bell Pepper
  • Broccoli
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean & Prepare Your Veggies for the Grill
  2. Cut Yellow Squash in Large Wedges
  3. Toss ALL Veggies in Olive Oil, Salt, & Pepper
  4. Turn Grill On
    In a Bowl:
  5. Add 1 cup of Mayonnaise, 1 cup Sour Cream, & Spicy Chicks Gourmet Garlic Galore - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  7. Grill Your Veggies
  8. Arrange Veggies on a Plater (*Option: Lightly Steam Your Broccoli if you prefer)
  9. Dip and Enjoy!
