Enjoy the Flavors of a sushi classic without the carbs! This refreshing and simple ‘crab’ salad served on a slice of cucumber is more than satisfying. It will even please your keto friends!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat (Fresh, can, frozen, imitation)
  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise (Do not use Miracle Whip, Too Sweet)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • Spicy Chicks Gourmet Cracked Crab - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • ¼ cup Red Onion (Chopped)
  • Cucumber (English has less bitter skin)
  • Black Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut your Cucumber into ¼” Thick Slices
    In a Bowl:
  2. Add 1 cup of Mayonnaise, 1 cup Sour Cream, & Spicy Chicks Gourmet Cracked Crab - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
  3. Finely Dice your Celery & Red Onion
  4. Chop your crab
    -Imitation Crab can be pulsed in the food processor
  5. Mix: Celery, Red Onion, Crab and Prepared Dip Mix
    -Add as much Prepared Dip Mix as you like. This is depending on how creamy you like your Crab Salad. (I used all of it for this recipe) 😉
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  7. Top each slice of cucumber with crab salad
  8. Sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds (Optional)
    Serve & Enjoy!
