Take your Grilled Shrimp Skewers from ordinary to extraordinary with a Three-Ingredient Dipping Sauce!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Large (30-35 count) Shrimp (*You can Always Make More)
  • 1 cup of Mayonnaise (Do not use Miracle Whip, Too Sweet)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • Spicy Chicks Gourmet Lobster Bisque - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak your skewers in water for 15-20 minutes (this prevents them from burning)
    In a Bowl:
  2. Add 1 cup of Mayonnaise, 1 cup Sour Cream, & Spicy Chicks Gourmet Lobster Bisque - Chip & Veggie Dip Mix
  3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  4. Peel and Devein your Shrimp
  5. Run a skewer through the Meaty/Thicker side, Finishing through the Tail Side
  6. Grill on a Medium Hot Grill or Grill Pan
    - 3 minutes per side (Shrimp will turn a nice pink color when done)
  7. Serve: Approximately 10 Shrimp per Person
  8. Enjoy!
